Two Week Intensive Program

You’ve been asking for it, and we listened. GIFTS is now offering a two-week production intensive (TWIP) that blends the best of the month-long Producer’s Program and week-long courses.

Students work in production teams of three to five on their original video for
the whole two weeks. As with most GIFTS programs, the entire production process is explored, from concept to credits. This course features more shooting and editing than during the one week MIP, and emphasizes the nuts-and-bolts of production.

You will leave with the week’s videos, a resource package, and a clear understanding of the processes and technologies involved in indie filmmaking.
    • 3 days of story development and preproduction
    • 2 days of tech workshops: camera-lights-sound
    • 3 days of shooting
    • 4 days of post-production
    • 1 day of screenings and networking
