Extreme Video Workshop

Get extreme with G.I.F.T.S.! Learn to conceive, shoot, and edit an extreme video in one week. With a huge response to our 2003 Whistler assault, we're going even bigger in 2004. Starting at our Gulf Islands base camp, the team road-trips to Whistler in the famous G.I.F.T.S. bus for an outrageous two-day shoot, including snowsports on Whistler's Horstman Glacier, mountain-biking at the Blackcomb Base, and skating in Whistler's massive skate park. Projects are shot in digital video and finished on non-linear editing systems, with original soundtracks provided by our rocking on-site composer. Participants must be at ease on the Glacier with a snowboard or skis, and bring their own snowgear. Call for details.

This new workshop is outrageous, and 2003's films are getting attention! (Note: There is a $200 surcharge to cover additional expenses such as lift tickets, transportation and off-site accomodation, etc.)
