Advanced Documentary Course at GIFTS

Designed for GIFTS grads (GIFTS Documentary or Drama prerequisite) who want to take their media skills to the next level and dive right into the area of production they are most passionate about. The advanced technical workshops cover the use of a digital camera and a 3 point lighting kit. Documentary students will produce one 10 minute piece, and will receive more extensive post production training using Cinestream. The first video to make is a one minute piece - script, storyboard, act on camera, shoot, edit, music and credits - all on the first day! Mentors will challenge the film makers ideas and give them the resources for more complex expression for their second 5-7 minute documentary.
